Fully-outfitted Grand Canyon noncommercial river trip
Canyon REO’s Deluxe Outfitting Package contains everything you need to make your Canyon experience simple and enjoyable. While you take care of coordinating and organizing your trip members, we take care of everything else: top-notch boats, river equipment, delicious food, and shuttles all included. With our Deluxe Package, you’ll show up, jump into your rafts, and head downriver.
Our many years of experience we have lead the most comprehensive, time-tested expedition package you can buy, specifically designed for private boaters in the Grand Canyon.

Boats & Equipment
Outfitted Rafts
Our premium rafts (18′, 17.6′, 15′, and 14′) are fully-equipped, top-of-the-line NRS or Hyside Hypalon oar boats with all gear and rigging included. We rig frames with drop bags or open bays as required for your Food Pack. All rafts meet NPS requirements and exceed client expectations.
Play Boats
Play boats are also available as part of your package. These include: stand-up paddle boards, inflatable kayaks, and hard shell kayaks.
Additional Equipment
All necessary safety and raft repair equipment included, along with multiple add-ons for raft customization.

Food Pack & Kitchen
Meal Planning
Our experienced Food Room Team will work with you to pull together your meal plan from our preset meal plans and our extensive list of recipes.
Shopping and Packing
We shop and pack your food for you in high quality coolers and river-ready boxes, with an emphasis on maximizing freshness throughout your trip.
Deluxe Kitchen
All necessary equipment for every meal (plus some extras) can be found in the Deluxe Kitchen. Built on thousands of hours of experience cooking on the river, we’ve fine-tuned equipment and systems through our 30 years of experience

Shuttles
Equipment & Group Transport
One-stop, stress-free transportation of your boats and your trip members to the put-in and from your take-out.
Rigging & De-Rigging
An overnight rigger assists with boat setup at Lees Ferry, makes group breakfast, and stays until NPS orientation on your launch day.
Personal Vehicle Transport & Storage
Personal vehicle shuttles from put-in to take-out and storage options available for part or all of your trip.
Deluxe Services & Extras
Trip customization is our specialty, and we aim to make your trip uniquely your own. Whether you’re a first-time Canyon boater or have a seasoned history with the Colorado River, our staff takes pride in outstanding personal service.
In addition to unlimited phone and email access to our Canyon experience through recommendations and advice, we also include:
- Woven polypro bags for beer, wine, and soda storage
- Insulated Canyon REO coffee mug for every trip member
- Rigging & de-rigging assistance at the put-in and take-out
- Your Overnight Rigger, who helps setup boats, cooks breakfast for your group at the River, and stays until NPS orientation on your Launch Day
- Hotel pick-up on Orientation Day
- Hotel drop-off on Take-Out Day
- Gear storage for personal gear shipped to our warehouse prior to your trip
- Storage for personal suitcases/duffels and gear while you’re on river
